Giant Cookie Ring Dance Invitation

Jared sent me a text saying...."Can you make a giant cookie so I can ask a girl to Homecoming?"  Then he said he wanted it to look like the ring from "Lord of the Rings".  One HUGE mess later....the ring had been created.  I found you couldn't just make a circle of the cookie dough because it just looked like a big donut when it was baked.  So the ring became an oval like in the photo on the upper left below.

It says "Will you go to Homecoming with Sam".
