Our family really likes chicken fried steak. If you make hamburger patties and dip them in flour, then into beaten eggs with milk, then into bread crumbs mixed with poultry seasoning and other spices, you can then brown them in a little oil or Crisco and they taste like chicken fried steak. We put cream of chicken soup diluted with a little milk, poultry seasoning, and even a little brown gravy mix over the browned meat and then bake them in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes until cooked. You can also make a white sauce but use chicken broth instead of milk and add poultry seasoning and pepper to make a gravy. Of course, if you buy cubed steak and use it instead of hamburger you get real chicken fried steak. Probably ground turkey would also work well and be healthier!
