This recipe is from Lion House Cookbook and is Marshall's favorite! His Mom made it when he was growing up. It is baked in a casserole dish, and so depending on the shape of your casserole the bread shape changes. It is a very moist bread that goes well with dinner. It is very good warm with butter. We had it for Father's day with grilled steak and twice baked potatoes.
